Four teens had injuries Aug. 24 after their vehicle went off the road and struck several trees on Highway 49 and Adams Road, about 20 miles south of Steelville.

Nicholas Yarbor, 42, faces one count of second-degree rape. Yarbor is a convicted sex offender.
