Holiday Blood Drive Monday, Dec. 4

Even during the bustle of the holiday season and challenging winter weather, the critical need for blood donation remains. The American Red Cross encourages people to please remember to give the gift of life by donating blood throughout the holiday season and winter months. One blood donation could help save up to three lives, possibly someone you know.

Locally, the MO Baptist Hospital auxiliary is sponsoring a blood drive at the Sullivan Community Center, 730 W. Main on Monday, Dec. 4 from 1-6 p.m. Here’s your opportunity to be a “Holiday Hero” and make sure blood is available for those patients in need. Each presenting donor will receive a complimentary vintage American Red Cross T-shirt. Come enjoy Christmas cookies with the Pink Ladies. Together we can save a life.
