Scott R. Moduno

Scott R. Moduno, age 43, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2019 after a year-long struggle against Multiple Myeloma cancer. He was born in 1975, in Columbia, MO, the son of Donald and Gloria Franklin. He was later adopted by Tony Moduno.

Scott grew up and attended school in the San Diego, CA area before returning home to Missouri in 2005. In 2010, he began working at Aerofil in Sullivan, where he immediately met the love of his life, his “Sunshine,” Danielle Bandy. 

Scott was loved by everyone. He was outgoing, fun, friendly and a very hard worker. He absolutely loved fishing and hunting, as well as four-wheeling and hanging out with family and friends. He was also a skilled poker player and loved challenging his friends to beat him at Texas Hold ‘Em. He attended Sullivan Christian Church in Sullivan, MO. 

Scott is survived by his wife, Danielle; his brothers, Tim West and John Franklin; his sisters, Tammy Parra, Renee Jones, Donna Moore, and Karla Franklin; as well as his mother, Gloria Harding. He also leaves behind his step-sons, Nick Dunne and Timmy Bandy; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 5-10 p.m. at Danielle and Scott’s home in Spring Bluff. 

Please consider making donations and lending a hand to all those affected by cancer in Scott’s honor. Donations to Evelyn’s Hospice House in Creve Coeur are also appreciated.
