A Sullivan man has been charged in Franklin County after allegedly having sexual encounters with his teenage daughter.
Charges were filed against the suspect on Monday.
The Red Cross will hold a blood drive at St. Matthew Lutheran Church on Monday, July 29 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Mayor Danny Skaggs on July 16 tamped down on rumors that the city of Bourbon lost its $500,000 grant to rebuild Pine Street.
“It’s not true,” Skaggs told the board.
Andrew Graddy and Suzanne Louderman were appointed to the Crawford County R-1 School Board on July 18, filling vacancies created by Ron Collins and Justin Blanton.
The search for Betty Alexander, 69, is still alive and well as family members continue to press for more information on her disappearance.
