Update: Proffer has reportedly turned himself in. Charges have been filed against him for second-degree murder and first-degree burglary with no bond.
The Sullivan Police Department made three arrest for the week of April 6 through April 12 in the City of Sullivan.

A 21-year-old Hillsboro man has been charged with allegedly driving while intoxicated following a two-vehicle accident on Highway 185 South, at Highway A, Friday night, April 10, at 6:36 p.m
Two teens received injuries Wednesday, April 8, following a single vehicle accident on Highway D, Crawford County, at 8:05 p.m
