A trial for a former Sullivan School District educator accused of sodomy is scheduled for Sept. 1-2 in Wayne County.
Freeman Fouts, 36, is charged with one count of statutory sodomy.

UPDATE: The man has been identified by the Missouri State Highway Patrol as Zachary Blackwell, 21, Union.
The highway patrol does not know when Blackwell entered the water.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said two Park Hills women were killed in a head-on collision on Highway 185 on Sunday.
The accident occurred in Washington County.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing Steelville man and two persons of interest related to the case.
Albert Terry Barton, 20, was last seen June 6.
