Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 17 arrests for the week of September 9 through September 15   in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Sept. 9: Andrew Teel, 32, was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Teel was held and released on a court summons.

Sept. 11: Elizabeth M. Yeager, 39, Leesburg, was arrested on a Crawford County felony warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of methamphetamine, no bond. Yeager was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 11: Tyler S. Weekes, 25, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Weekes was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending formal charges.

Sept. 11: Curtis A. Stovall, 41, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for alleged receiving stolen property. Stovall was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 11: Richard G. Rector, 55, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for possession of methamphetamine, Cuba Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked and St. Clair warrants for expired plates, and driving while revoked, bond $450. Rector was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 11: Rachel Miles, 33, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no registration, bond $225. Miles was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 11: Denise Malone, 58, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended, failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance. Malone was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 11: Jerry R. Binkholder, 28, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended and a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $100. Binkholder was held in the Sullivan Jail and released.

Sept. 11: Paige M. Garrett, 24, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no operators license, bond $175. Garrett was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 11: John-Paul Burke, 23, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijauna. Burke was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 12: Katie A. Wasson, 25, Sullivan, was arrested for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $100. Watson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 12: Jeffrey G. Steelman, 39, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended, no insurance, and additional pending charges for alleged peace distrurbance in Franklin County and a Crawford County charge of violation of a full order of protection. Steelman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 12: Cody Biggers, 20, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no license, bond $75. Biggers was held and released after posting bond.

Sept. 14: Jeremy R. Miller, 24, was arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Miller was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 14: Shane A. Maass, 33, Wentzville, was arrested for alleged armed criminal action and assault in the second degree. Maass was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 14: James D. Kuhl, 32, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged assault in the third degree. Kuhl was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Sept. 16: Paul E.E. Rogers Jr., 39, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of non-support, bond $20,000. Rogers was held in the Sullivan Jail.
