The Sullivan Police Department made 10 arrests for the week of August 26 through August 31, in the City of Sullivan. This week’s arrests were: Aug. 26: Carmine L. Robinson, 19, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $500.  Robinson was held in the Sullivan Jail. Aug. 26:
