The Sullivan Police Department made 21 arrests during the week of April 1 through April 7 in the city of Sullivan.  This week’s arrests were: April 1: Michael Parrish, 28, Sullivan, was arrested at Wal-Mart Supercenter for shoplifting and probation violation. Parrish was held at the Sullivan Jail. April 1: Donita Watson, 29,
