The Sullivan Police Department made 11 arrests for the week of Oct. 9 through Oct. 15 in the City of Sullivan. This week's arrests were: Oct. 9: Lacey Garcia, 27, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Garcia was held and released on a court summons. Oct.
