The Sullivan Police Department made 13 arrests for the week of Feb. 19 through Feb. 25 in the City of Sullivan. This week's arrests were: Feb. 20: William R. Kelley, 30, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. Kelley was held at the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons. Feb.
