Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made nine arrests for the week of July 6 through July 13.
This week’s arrests were:
July 6: Sharon K. Brice, 43, was arrested oh a Cuba Police warrant for allegedly driving while suspended. Brice was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 7: Jessica M. Pettit, 27, was arrested for alleged Sullivan charges of endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled substance. Pettit was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 7: Ryan M. Scott, 34, was arrested for alleged Sullivan charges of endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled substance. Scott was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 7: Dylan K. Plymale, 23, Leasburg, was arrested on Sullivan charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Plymale was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 8: Thomas J. Ryan, 39, Sullivan, was arrested on a Dent County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of aggravated assault, domestic in the second degree, no bond and Sullivan charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Ryan was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 9: Amber Whitnell, 29, was arrested on the charge of alleged trespassing. Whitnell was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 10: Dakota M. Mitchell, 19, was arrested on a Cooper County warrant for driving while suspended, bond $200 and Sullivan Police charges for alleged driving while suspended, failure to register and no insurance. Mitchell was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 13: Justine E. Stockton, 36, Sullivan, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic charges, bond $150. Stockton was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 13: James D. Kuhl, 33, Sullivan, was arrested on Sullivan Police warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charge of disorderly conduct and trespassing, bond $222.50. Kuhl was held in the Sullivan Jail.
