Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 17 arrests for the week of June 15 through June 21 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
June 16: Billy J. Burke, 41, was arrested on a Texas County warrant and a probation and parole warrant from Lawrence County. Burke was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 17: Donald Parson, Jr, 35, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of trespassing, bond $50. Parson was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 17: Rhiannon Douglas, 34, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Douglas was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 17: Jeffrey Hilborn, 28, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $351. Hilborn was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 17: Jimmy S. Whitnell, 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register, bond $74.09. Whitnell was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 18: Meghan S. Mills, 22, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Fas-Trip, 727 Springfield Rd. West. Mills was held and released on a court summons.
June 18: Cory N. Laney, was arrested for alleged trespassing in the first degree. Laney was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on bond.
June 18: David Lindemann, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked. Lindemann was released on a $100 bond.
June June 18: David L. Smith, IL, 20, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for non moving traffic violation, bond $10 and a Sullivan charge for alleged possession of marijuana. Smith was released on bond.
June 18: Justine E. Stockton, 36, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register, bond $136.50. Stockton was released on bond.
June 19: Amber Whitnell, 29, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of stealing, bond $1,000, and a pending Sullivan charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Whitnell was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 19: Brian N. Stone, 32, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility, bond $100. Stone was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 19: Jesse W. Lamar, 20, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license, bond $100. Lamar was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 19: Deonte T. Martin, 24, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for alleged domestic assault in the second degree, bond $70,000. Martin was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 19: Tyler Imlay, 29, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr.
Imlay was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.
June 20: Paul D. Mayberry, 23, Fenton, was arrested on a Washington County warrant for trespassing in the first degree, bond $6,000. Mayberry was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 21: Alicia Kurk, 25, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of trespassing, bond $100. Kurk was held in the Sullivan Jail.
