Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made two arrests for the week of April 13 through April 19 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
Apr. 14: Kevin J. Lackey, 39, Union, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, bond $500. Lackey was released as Franklin County would not extradite at this time. However Lackey was arrested and released on a pending Sullivan charge for alleged possession of a controlled substance.
Apr. 18: Jeremy Effler, 39, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant and was transported to the Franklin County Adult Detention Center.
