The Sullivan Police Department made 15 arrests in the City of Sullivan for the week of November 18 through November 24. This week’s arrests were: Nov. 18: Randy E. Whitley, 44, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended.
