The Sullivan Police Department made 14 arrests for the week of November 11 through November 17  in the City of Sullivan. This week’s arrests were: Nov. 12: Jack L. Zieres, 48, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. Zieres was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons. Nov. 13:
