An O’Fallon on Aug. 6 suffered a medical incident and fell out of a canoe, drowning in the Meramec River near Onondaga State Park.The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the man went into the water around 3:15 p.m. He was located and pronounced deceased at 7:12 p.m.
