A person wanted for questioning in a rape investigation in Bourbon Feb. 6 has been arrested. Joe Knorr was arrested early Monday morning by Sullivan Police. Police apprehended Knorr near Bell Street. A woman told police Feb. 6 a man broke into her home that afternoon, assaulted her, tied her up and left.
