Sullivan Police, Sullivan Fire and Missouri State Fire Marshal’s Office are working a joint investigation into a house fire at 621 Dunnigan Street on Thursday night that has been ruled suspicious and allegedly arson.  There was no electric to the home and it had been vacant, according to authorities.
