The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a Cuba man was killed April 17 when a tractor trailer crossed the center line and struck his vehicle on Highway 19. Sergio Navarro, 52, was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the patrol, a 2004 Western Star tractor trailer driven by James Kramer, 32,
