County Approaching Month With No New Cases

Crawford County is approaching one month between COVID-19 cases and the total remains at eight.

The last case was reported April 29.

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services rolled out a COVID-19 dashboard last week that provides detailed information on a county-by-county level.

The information is on a 72-hour delay and as of May 19, 334 people in Crawford County were tested.

Crawford County has tested 1,160 people per 100,000.

To the east, Washington County has tested 1,347 per 100,000 and found nine positive cases.

Franklin County has tested 1,762 people per 100,000 and reported 137 cases.

Phelps County has tested 1,712 per 100,000, reporting two cases.

Gasconade County has tested 1,149 people per 100,000 with two positive cases.

Dent County has tested just 622 people per 100,000 and has not reported a case.

Iron County has tested 1,101 peopler per 100,000 and has reported two cases.

State

As of Friday at 2 p.m., there have been 11,558 cases in Missouri.

That totals 789 new cases since Sunday, May 17. From May 10 to May 17, there had been 905 cases.

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported 671 deaths, up from 594 on May 17.
