The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a Bourbon man had minor injuries after striking a deer while driving a UTV. Keanan Hofstetter, 25, was traveling in a 2018 Polaris UTV on Trendle Road, a half mile south of Parshall Road when he struck a deer. Hofstetter was ejected from the vehicle.
