The Crawford County Health Department is releasing its second positive case of COVID-19 in Crawford County.
A resident at Grandview Healthcare in Washington died from complications related to COVID-19, the first Franklin County resident known to die from the virus.
Franklin County has not reported any new cases of COVID-19 as of 2 p.m. Friday.
