Crawford County commissioners decided Oct. 11 to leave a policy regarding employees using FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and their eligibility to receive holiday pay unchanged.
The Crawford County R-1 School District provided its 2023 Missouri Assessment Program (MAP) and end-of-course (EOC) scores during the Sept. 21 board meeting.
A shortage of bus drivers has forced the Crawford County R-1 School District to modify the routes.
Route 3 has been eliminated and four routes were modified.
The Crawford County R-1 School Board on Thursday awarded a bid for five HVAC units to Hartley’s Climate Control, LLC.
The district will pay $29,607.00.
The former Crawford County R-1 bus driver accused of molesting a victim while on the route has pleaded not guilty.
James H. Philpot, 73, made his plea Sept. 5 before Judge Meagan Seay.
