Bourbon City Council members voted on August 26 to reinstate Police Chief Paul Satterfield following a two-week paid administrative leave.
Satterfield resumed duties on Tuesday.
The Bourbon School District’s bonding capacity gives the board room to possibly float more than $2 million for a possible no-tax increase bond issue that may wind up on the April ballot.
