Business Owner Asking Crawford County To Forgive Taxes

A business owner is requesting that Crawford County forgive his taxes for 2020.
In a letter sent to County Collector Pat Schwent, the owner said that due to the COVID-19 shutdown, revenue for his business will be down 85% this year.
The owner also said that he will not be able to pay his 2020 taxes in installments.
Total forgiveness is the only thing that will save him, he said.
