Winter Sports/Activities Cancellations
With the weather outside being frightful, Sullivan High School has rescheduled its games and activities to later dates.
Girls Basketball
Sullivan’s home match against Salem on Tuesday, Jan. 7, was postponed. The new date is Friday, Feb. 14. The junior varsity will play at 5:30 p.m., and the varsity follows at 7.
The Lady Eagles also intended to battle Crocker on Jan. 9, but the game was canceled.
Boys Basketball
Due to snow, the Eagles could not travel to Belle for their first game of last week on Jan. 7.
Sullivan’s matchup at Salem on Jan. 10 was rescheduled. They will now face the Tigers on Monday, Feb. 3. The junior varsity boys will tip off at 6 p.m., and varsity will follow afterward. There will not be a C Team game anymore.
Boys Wrestling
The varsity Lafayette (St. Joseph) Tournament and Cameron Crossroad Duals were canceled due to snow.
The junior varsity boys were also unable to wrestle at the Pacific Tournament.
Girls Wrestling
The Central (Park Hills) Tournament was rescheduled for Friday, Feb. 7.
