Sullivan Post 18 Tryouts July 30

The Sullivan Post 18 Junior Legion team is holding tryouts for the 2023 season on July 30.

Head Coach Jeff Carey will hold tryouts at 10 a.m. at Sunny Jim Bottomley Field.

These tryouts are open for all levels and encourage all freshmen, sophomores, juniors and senior players to try out.

Any player born after Jan. 1, 2004 or later is welcomed.

The Sullivan Post 18 pool comes from Sullivan, Bourbon, Cuba and Steelville school districts.

The coaching staff is looking for players from St. Clair and Owensville as well.

Sullivan Post finished the 2022 season with a 9-10 record.

Many Sullivan and Bourbon players shined all season and kept the motivation to succeed in the high school seasons later.
