Sullivan Keeps Winning Streak Alive Over Hermann

Sullivan’s softball team (7-7) clawed out the Lady Bearcats (4-4) by a score of 13-3 on Tuesday, Sept. 17. The Lady Eagles have not lost a game to Hermann since at least 1997.

Ava Declue had a team-high three runs and two walks. She also tallied 2 RBIs, a stolen base and a hit. 

Dorie Richardson led Sullivan with 3 RBIs. She also recorded two hits for doubles and a run.

Evvie Blankenship brought in 2 RBIs, two hits, a run and a double.

Molly Lohden landed 2 runs, two stolen bases, a hit and a walk.

Evelyn Harris had two runs, a stolen base, an RBI and a hit for a triple. 

Carli McCreary executed two hits and an RBI.

Rae Corwin notched an RBI, a hit and a double.

McKynlee Peterson picked up 2 RBIs, a run and a hit for a double.

Kennedi Roach, Ella Blanton and Elli Crump all punched it home once.

Mia Pridemore started on the mound for Sullivan. She struck out two batters while giving up three hits, two earned runs and a walk.

Evvie Blankenship came in for relief during the top of the fourth, shutting the door on the Lady Bearcats. She surrendered a hit and a walk in her two innings.
