FRC Baseball Tournament Preview

The Four Rivers Conference baseball teams will kick off their regular seasons with a tournament from Mar. 15-20.

Mar. 15

On the first day, Sullivan High School will host a doubleheader featuring Pacific and New Haven at 4 p.m., then themselves and St. James at 6 p.m.

The other two first-round matches will happen in St. Clair, with the host and Hermann starting their game at 4 p.m. The Union Wildcats will then clash with Owensville at 6 p.m.

Mar. 16

The following day, the victors in the opening round will travel to Union or Owensville. The winners of the Sullivan matches will clash at noon, while the champions of the St. Clair games will face off at 2 p.m.

The teams that lost their games will move onto the consolation brackets and play at either Union or Owensville, with the exact times applying.

Mar. 20

On Wednesday after that, the championship will take place at either Sullivan or St. Clair at 6 p.m., with the third-place matchup preceding it at 4 p.m.

Then, two teams will battle in the consolation at 6 p.m. and the 7th-place game at 4 p.m., with either Sullivan or St. Clair as their hosts.
