Four Lady Eagles Named To All-Conference Team

Sullivan had four players named to the Four Rivers all-conference girls soccer team for the 2022 season.

Emma Brune was named to the first team, while Dorie Richardson, Abby Wiegers and Emily Willman were selected to the second team.

Brune was second on the team with 13 goals and finished with a team-high 12 assists.

Brune had a season-high three goals in Sullivan’s 5-1 victory over Owensville in April.

Richardson was strong on defense and helped the Lady Eagles protect the net.

Wiegers finished the season with a team-high 14 goals. She added five assists.

Willman scored 13 goals to go with nine assists.

Mayliah Minor of Union won player of the year.

Kennedy Travis of St. Clair was the attacking player of the year.

Aubrie Golus of Union was announced as the defensive player of the year.

Dana Kelm of Pacific was named coach of the year.

Minor, Golus, Logan Baeres, Mya Minor, Mia Smith, and Sydney Ransom of Union were announced for the first team.

Travis, Sam Nickerson and Izzy Tiepelman represented St. Clair on the first team. Kaitlyn Payne and Abby Hall of Pacific were on the first team.

Zoey Arnold, Lexi Clark, and Emmaline Steele of Pacific were on the second team. Aubrey Declue and Autumn Morgan represented St. Clair on the second team.

Marisa Shollenberger, Addison Williford, Sophia Helling of Union also were on the second team.
