Robert L. Cline

Robert “Bob” Cline, 64, of Sullivan, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2021 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan.

Robert Lee Cline was born September 19, 1957 in St. Louis, MO, to William and Delores (Moore) Cline. He grew up and attended Berkeley High School in St. Louis. Bob entered the US Army in 1983 and honorably served our country until his discharge in 1986. He married Carol Jones on June 12, 1976 and to this union their two daughters were born, Melissa and Gina.  They raised their family in Jefferson County. Bob worked most of his life for McDonnell-Douglas, now Boeing. He married Karen Nichols in November 2003 and they eventually made their home in Sullivan.

Bob loved hunting, fishing and sports. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Bob is survived by his wife, Karen; his two girls, Melissa Earl and her husband, Mark, of Little Rock, AR and Gina Cline of DeSoto, MO; two grandsons, Kaden & Brady Brown of Desoto; a brother, Barry Cline of Austin, TX; a sister, Valerie Henderson and her husband, Steve, of Bourbon, MO; and numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives.

Visitation was 4 - 6 p.m., Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at the Eaton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services were held at 6 p.m., Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at the Eaton Funeral Home with full military honors.
