The Bourbon Fire Protection District has repealed the 2021 ordinance that helped spark a years-long dispute with Liberator Rocket Heaters, closing one chapter in a conflict that began with a stop work order at the company’s Old Highway 66 building.The fire district dropped its case against Liberator on April 15.
