McBride Homes Workshop, Rezoning Requests Set For July 8 Meeting

Sullivan's planning and zoning committee is scheduled to meet Tuesday, July 8 to discuss three zoning requests and hold a workshop on a possible McBride Homes subdivision.

Crump Investments Inc. is requesting to rezone pieces of property at 720 Deer Crossing Drive and 724 Deer Crossing Drive from R-4 (low density residential district) to R-2 (single and multiple-family district).

Donnor Development Inc. is seeking to annex property on Clover Hill Drive and zone it R-1 (single family district). 

McBride Homes will hold a presentation on the potential of a 406-home subdivision that would be constructed near West Sullivan.

The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m.
