Rolla Man Arrested In Suspected DWI Crash

A Rolla man was arrested overnight in a suspected DWI crash on Interstate 44 in Franklin County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol accused Kevin S. Hess, Jr., 26, of being intoxicated when he crashed at the 230 mile marker at 1:36 a.m.
Hess was traveling westbound in a 2006 Saturn Vue when he lost control, traveled off the right side of the road and overturned.
He was not wearing a seat belt.
Hess was taken to Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. The highway patrol arrested him at 2:22 a.m. at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
