City Installs New Scoreboards For 2025 Season
The City of Sullivan Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce the installation of eight brand-new scoreboards at Sunny Jim Bottomley and Campbell-Chapman Ball Parks, just in time for the 2025 baseball and softball season. These upgrades will enhance the experience for players, coaches, and fans, providing clear, modern displays for all to enjoy.
This project was made possible in part by the generous support of Sullivan Bank, whose contribution helped bring these much-needed improvements to our community’s ballparks. The new scoreboards are expected to improve game visibility and overall enjoyment for spectators while fostering a more engaging atmosphere for our local teams.
“We are thrilled to have these new scoreboards in place for the upcoming season,” said Dave Wall, Parks & Recreation Director. “We appreciate the support of Sullivan Bank and everyone who helped make this project a reality. Our goal is always to enhance our facilities for our local athletes and the families who come out to support them.”
With the installations now complete, the fields are officially ready for the 2025 season. The Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to come out and enjoy the games, cheer on their favorite teams, and experience the excitement of the newly improved ballparks.
