Bowles Appointed To Crawford County Library Board

Crawford County commissioners on Oct. 15 made what turned out to be a contentious appointment to the library board.
By a 2-1 vote, commissioners appointed Ellen Bowles over Julie Jensen.
Bowels was recommended by the library board and District 1 Commissioner Rob Cummings and District 2 Commissioner Jared Boast upheld that.
Presiding Commissioner Steve Black motioned for Jensen, which failed to gain a second.
