Brauninger Takes XC Country Conference Title
Corena Brauninger of Sullivan dashed to the top of the conference podium. She clocked in a time of 12:10.52, outrunning fifty-three girls for the middle school championship.
The Eagles competed at the Four Rivers Tournament on Tuesday, Oct. 22. The runners trekked through the former grounds of the St. Clair Regional Airport.
The middle school girls finished third with 67 points out of six teams.
The junior varsity boys rounded out the top three with 46 points.
