Sullivan Golf Partner Scramble

Sullivan High School hosted a girls golf partner scramble on Tuesday, Oct. 8.

The Lady Eagles fielded four golfers and tallied 185 points. 

Maggie Zweifel and Olivia Barton teamed up for 92 points, placing 12th in the rankings. 

Claire Yoest and Alyssa Beers carded 93, finishing 14th.

The Lady Eagles competed at the Class 2 District 1 tournament on Monday, Oct. 14. Stats for the meet in Ste. Genevieve were unavailable at press time. 

Sullivan head coach Brandi Byrd says her team’s goal for districts is to “keep their heads up and play their game.” She has also had them “practice reading greens” since the ones at “Ste. Genevieve are small and difficult.”
