St. Louis Man Critically Injured After Overturning Truck

A St. Louis man had serious injuries Aug. 6 after overturning his semi-truck on Interstate 44 in Crawford County.
Andrew M. Westermann, 23, was transported to Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur for treatment.
Westermann drove off the road around 5:15 a.m. in a 2016 International, overturning in the westbound lanes at the 208 mile marker.
Westermann was wearing a seat belt.
