Sullivan Names New Head Cheerleading Coach

Sullivan High School is pleased to announce that Mandi Kocinski has been selected to be the next head cheerleading coach.  Kocinski is currently a paraprofessional at Sullivan High School and has previously been the Head Middle School and Assistant High School Cheer Coach in the Sullivan School District.

Kocinski graduated from Sullivan High School in 2007 and is currently working towards a Bachelor’s in Education for K-12 Cross Categorical Special Education Degree. Sullivan Activities Director Cody Davis said, “As an alumni of Sullivan and participant of middle and high school cheer in Sullivan, Coach Kocinski brings a unique passion for the program and a deep understanding for the importance of cheer and a positive school culture.” When asked what she looks forward to the most, Kocinski said, “I am looking forward to continuing to grow our cheer program and making a difference in the girls’ lives to improve overall self-esteem.”
