Nude Trespasser Sentenced To Probation
A Salem man who was hanging out while nude in a Crawford County victim’s backyard pleaded guilty and has been sentenced.
Corey Green, 48, was sentenced Dec. 7 to one year of probation.
He pleaded to first-degree sexual misconduct.
Green is a convicted sex offender, having been found guilty in June 2004 of second-degree statutory sodomy.
The probable cause statement said the victim called 911 on Aug. 11 after seeing Green, who he did not know, being naked in his yard.
The victim was in a bedroom and heard Green come up to the window, saying he was going to get some water.
The victim looked outside and saw Green sitting naked in a lawn chair.
Green told the victim he owned the property and could be there if he wanted.
He then resisted arrest and yelled that if the victim didn’t give him the deed to his property he would “kick his family out.”
Green also threatened to return to the property.
