Colton Brendel Marks 100th Win

At his home wrestling meet on Thursday, Dec. 14, senior wrestler Colton Brendel notched his 100th career win against Cael Walker of Owensville with a swift pin of 1:12. Afterward, his major accomplishment was announced on the microphone and the gym erupted in cheers as he waved his hand, thanking everybody for their role in getting him to where he is today.

After clinching first place at the Brentwood Invitational the following Saturday, Brendel now holds a career record of 104-35. He will attempt another run for State like he did last season, where he held the highest placement out of everybody on his team and brought home a 4th-place medal for the 157 weight class.
