Four Eagles Selected For Class 3 All-State Team

Gavin Dace, Franky Erxleben, Sam Summers and Cayden Thacker represented Sullivan on the third team for the Class 3 All-State team.

On offense, Easton Roe of Pleasant Hill was the quarterback. Ayden Butcher of Ste. Genevieve and Jacob Kirt of St. Charles West were running backs. Erxleben was also named as a running back. Ryan Boyd of Cardinal Ritter and Mason Hicks of Pleasant Hill were the wide receivers. Summers was the sole tight end and Brett Schwanke of Buffalo was the offensive athlete. Ryan Cristoffer of Buffalo, Kendyr Taylor of Mexico, Jackson Hagler of Savannah, Mathew Brown of Oak Grove and Thacker were named for the offensive line.

On the defense, Owensville’s Hunter Boyer and JaDontae Ray of Fulton were on the defensive line. Joseph Anderson of Westminster Christian Academy and DeAngelo Brown of University Academy were the defensive ends. Potosi’s Zane West, Cody Wilfong of St. James, Dallas Winner-Johnson of Cardinal Ritter, Cllicothe’s Corbin Rodenberg and Dace were selected as linebackers. Jaeden Jenkins of University Academy, Ryan Spurgeon of St. James and Matthew Bird of Summit Christian Academy were the defensive backs.
