Intoxicated Cuba Man Steals Vehicle, Assaults Female Victim, Deputy

An intoxicated Cuba man is accused of stealing a woman’s vehicle and assaulting her, then kicking a deputy during a fit for confinement.
The man has been charged with
third-degree assault, first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle and third-degree assault (special victim).
The incident happened June 13 at River Access off Highway O in Cuba.
