300 Capsules Of Suspected Fentanyl Seized Tuesday In Franklin County

A Leslie man was arrested Tuesday after he was allegedly in possession of 300 capsules of fentanyl and found with a capsule of the drug at the Franklin County Jail.
Dominick Couch, 26, has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance at a jail facility and possession of a controlled substance.
Couch was arrested while Franklin County drug detectives were investigating the distribution of fentanyl and methamphetamine in Union.
Detectives a Union Task Force officer located Couch near the 600 block of South Washington Street in Union.
He was allegedly in possession of 300 capsules of fentanyl, 20 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Couch’s bond has been set at $250,000.
