Arkansas Man Killed, Woman Hospitalized In Crawford County Crash

An Arkansas man was killed and a woman hospitalized Monday in an accident at the 201 mile marker on Interstate 44 in Crawford County.
James Winning, 50, Blytheville, Ark., was traveling in a 2019 Buick Encore around 9:15 p.m. when he drove off the road, struck the cable barrier, a sign and then went airborne.
The vehicle came to a rest in the median.
Wiening was pronounced dead at 9:41 p.m.
A passenger, Kathleen Miller, 68, Harrison, Ark., had serious injuries and was flown to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
