City Has Received First Half Of ARPA Funds

The city of Bourbon has received its first half of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds — more than $159,000.
Bourbon’s elected officials have yet to discuss in an open meeting what they plan to use the money for.
Funds must be obligated by Dec. 31, 2024 and spent by Dec. 31, 2026.
