McReynolds Named Class 4 All-State

2021 Sullivan High School graduate JD McReynolds was named as an honorable mention to the Missouri High School Baseball Coaches Association’s all-state team.
He also earned his way to the academic all-state team.
McReynolds started eight games, had a 0.81 ERA and struck out 82 batters in 43 innings.
He limited opponents to a .156 average.
McReynolds, who has committed to play at University of Central Missouri, didn’t allow an earned run in his last four starts.
In his final 23 innings, he struck out 48 batters.
He had a five-inning no-hitter against Steelville on April 23, then a seven-inning no-hitter four days later against Salem.
At the plate, McReynolds led the Eagles with a .400 batting average.
