Two Injured In Highway 185 Accident

Two De Soto residents received moderate injuries following a single vehicle accident at 7941 Highway 185, Franklin County, Sunday morning, July 25, at 3:30 a.m.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the accident occurred when Chantel D. Overturf, 47, DeSoto, operating a northbound 2002 Ford Ranger, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Overturf and a passanger, Daniel L. Lange, 49, Imperial, both sustained moderate injuries and were transported by Gerald Ambulance to Mercy Hospital, Washington, for treatment,
The vehicle sustained total damage and both parties were wearing their seatbelts.
